This subfund invests primarily in equities and equity-type securities (shares, dividend-right certificates, shares in cooperatives, participation certificates, etc.) of companies domiciled in or carrying out the bulk of their business activities in Switzerland, and in other investments permitted under the fund contract. The companies are selected based on qualitative and quantitative analyses, regardless of their market capitalization (small, mid or large cap) or sector. Furthermore, the selection and weighting of suitable equities are based on the forecasts for trends on the Swiss stock market. These selection criteria may result in a stock-specific or sector-specific concentration on a few companies.
