Investment Strategy

The fund is a managed fund. Subject to all legal provisions, all assets of the fund will be invested at the sole discretion of the fund manager. The exposure of the fund to stocks achieved through futures contracts shall not be less than 50% in absolute value, provided that the total exposure of the fund to stocks does not exceed 400% in absolute value. The exposure of the fund to foreign currency shall not exceed 400% in absolute value. The fund shall not create exposure to unrated bonds. The fund manager shall operate at his sole discretion to execute various trading strategies in Israel and/or abroad on different underlying assets, subject to legal provisions. Such strategies may include, among other things, direct holdings of securities and/or ETFs and/or futures contracts and/or short sales and/or options trading for the fund, including derivative strategies in derivatives markets such as long/short strategies, primarily on stocks and various underlying assets.
