Investment Strategy

1. At least 90% of the net asset value of the Fund will be exposed to bonds of any type and / or time deposits and / or cash , provided that at least 75% of the net asset value of the Fund will be exposed to bonds rated not less than AA and above or equivalent rating and / or government bonds. 2. Average duration of the bond portfolio fund shall not exceed five years. 3. Exposure rate of the Fund's assets to shares shall not exceed, in absolute value, 10% of the fund. 4. Exposure rate to foreign currency assets shall not exceed, in absolute value at 10 % of the fund. 5. Exposure rate of the fund to non-investment grade bonds shall not exceed 10% of the fund. 6. The total value of foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency, plus exposure to an underlying asset traded derivatives activity abroad through overseas exchanges will not exceed 10% of the fund. 7. The rest of the fund's assets shall be invested at the sole discretion of the Fund Manager.
