Understanding all the hype and hoopla around an IPO and also the ways that you can benefit or make profit during and IPO issue confuses the best of us. Just recently the head of the SEC indicated that he wanted to open the IPO market to a wider range of investors. There are also lots of IPOs that make tons of money but rarely make the headlines.
