May 6 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Thursday:

** MONETA Money Bank MONET.PR has reached a deal to buy smaller rival Air Bank and other assets from its biggest shareholder PPF Group, which will then gain a controlling stake in the Czech lender if other stakeholders back the acquisition at a June general meeting. German broadcaster ProSiebenSat.1 Media PSMGn.DE has shelved plans to sell its online perfume retailer Flaconi after muted interest from prospective buyers, two people close to the matter said. UniCredit CRDI.MI could consider mergers and acquisitions to drive revenue and profit growth under new CEO Andrea Orcel, who said the phase of "active retrenchment" was over for the Italian bank. U.S. retail chain At Home Group Inc HOME.N said private equity firm Hellman & Friedman will take the company private in a deal valued at $2.8 billion, at a time when demand for home decor and home-furnishing products is booming. Singapore Press Holdings Ltd (SPH) SPRM.SI , which publishes the city-state's main newspaper, said it would transfer its media business to a not-for-profit company as the unit struggles with falling advertising revenue and losses. Infobip, Croatia's biggest IT company by revenue, said on Thursday it had acquired Ireland's Anam Technologies which is a global provider of the SMS firewall service. Apollo Management APO.N has revised its offer to buy Australian betting firm Tabcorp Holdings Ltd's TAH.AX wagering and media business to A$3.5 billion ($2.71 billion), intensifying a bidding war with Britain's Entain ENT.L . Norwegian e-learning group Kahoot KAHOT.OL said it has agreed to buy U.S. education technology company Clever for up to $500 million in cash and stock. French investment fund Ace Capital Partners has started exclusive talks with Eramet ERMT.PA to buy the French metals and mining group's Brown Europe business, the fund said, confirming an earlier Reuters story. Germany's Deutsche Boerse DB1Gn.DE agreed to buy the remaining 49% stake in fund distribution platform Clearstream Fund Centre (CFC) from UBS Group UBSG.S for 390 million Swiss francs ($427 million), the two companies said. EQT Corp (NYSE:EQT) EQT.N , the largest U.S. natural gas producer, said it will buy Appalachian basin rival Alta Resources for $2.93 billion in cash and stock, expanding its position in the gas-rich shale plays of the U.S. northeast. China's Ganfeng Lithium 002460.SZ , one of the world's top lithium producers, said it had offered to buy the shares it does not already own in Mexico-focused Bacanora Lithium BCNB.L for up to 190 million pounds ($264.5 million). John Laing Group JLG.L said it was in talks with KKR & Co Inc KKR.N regarding a possible takeover offer from the private equity firm, sending the UK-based infrastructure investor's shares up more than 18%.
