** U.S. automated teller machine maker Diebold Inc DBD.N offered to buy rival Wincor Nixdorf AG WING.DE of Germany for 1.7 billion euros ($1.9 billion), the companies said on Saturday. ** Aster DM Healthcare, a Dubai-based healthcare company, has bought an additional 57 percent stake in a hospital in Riyadh for 900 million dirhams ($245 million), it said on Sunday.
