archTIS Ltd has signed an initial three-year agreement with NTT Singapore to provide NC Encrypt to an important government contractor.
AR9 is a provider of innovative software solutions for the secure collaboration of sensitive information and its OEM (original equipment manufacturing) Agreement with NTT Singapore is to deliver its NC Encrypt for SharePoint product to the contractor.
The OEM subscription licence is valued at A$191,869, payable up front, with the option of extending for a further two-year period.
Delivering encryption solutions
This agreement with NTT Singapore to deliver the encryption solution to the end customer follows the signing of a teaming agreement in October 2021 between archTIS and NTT Singapore to deliver enhanced collaboration solutions to various parts of the Singaporean Government.
The OEM solution leverages NC Encrypt and components of the technology acquired from the purchase of Cipherpoint Limited’s software division in September 2021 and allows customers to encrypt sensitive files and list information in SharePoint while maintaining the full functionality of the platform.
First customer win in Singapore
“I am pleased to announce a strategic OEM partnership with NTT Singapore together with a first customer win in local government," archTIS Global COO Kurt Mueffelmann said.
"In the face of enhanced cyber security risks, business digitalisation and the explosion of remote work, archTIS solutions enable organisations to enhance the security of the Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) suite of products.
“I look forward to furthering our relationship with NTT Singapore as we continue to expand our presence in Asia to deliver our unique policy-based security to protect sensitive information and collaboration in enterprises and governments in the region.”
