Andromeda Metals Ltd (ASX:ADN) has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of experienced financial executive Pascal Alexander-Bossy as its new chief financial officer.
Concurrently, the company has confirmed the resignation of James Marsh as a director, effective immediately, although he will continue in his sales and marketing role.
Marsh's resignation comes after years of dedicated service to Andromeda Metals, initially as managing director since 2018 and later as an executive director.
The board has expressed gratitude towards Marsh for his contributions to the company's advancement.

With a diverse career that spans international and Australian markets, Alexander-Bossy has led global commodity debt and investment portfolios from both sides of capital provision and employment.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Law from the University of Queensland and has also completed a postgraduate Honours in Finance with first-class distinctions.
