Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Healthcare sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 1.30%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS), which rose 4.32% or 10.8 points to trade at 261.0 at the close. ISS A/S (CO:ISS) added 2.31% or 5.40 points to end at 239.40 and A.P. Moller - Maersk B (CO:MAERSKb) was up 1.35% or 125 points to 9365 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Genmab (CO:GEN), which lost 2.80% or 24.0 points to trade at 832.0 in late trade. Novo Nordisk B (CO:NOVOb) declined 2.60% or 9.5 points to end at 356.4 and Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) shed 2.38% or 21.0 points to 860.5.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 86 to 66 and 16 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for April delivery was down 0.23% or 0.08 to $34.58 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 0.08% or 0.03 to hit $36.90 a barrel, while the April Gold contract rose 1.28% or 15.90 to trade at $1257.70 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.63% to 6.8197, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4593.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.46% at 97.75.
