Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Healthcare and Consumer Goods sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.70%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were TDC A/S (CO:TDC), which rose 1.09% or 0.40 points to trade at 36.96 at the close. Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) added 0.38% or 1.1 points to end at 291.7 and DSV (CO:DSV) was up 0.17% or 0.6 points to 344.5 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb), which lost 1.43% or 3.4 points to trade at 235.0 in late trade. Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) declined 1.39% or 11.5 points to end at 818.0 and Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH) shed 1.29% or 5.4 points to 414.0.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 63 to 44 and 27 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for April delivery was up 0.24% or 0.13 to $53.33 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 0.07% or 0.04 to hit $56.05 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.59% or 7.25 to trade at $1218.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.00% to 7.0248, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4331.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.03% at 101.70.
