Investing.com – Indonesia equities were higher at the close on Friday, as gains in the Miscellaneous Industry, Infrastructure and Property sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite added 0.28%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten Tbk PT (JK:BEKS), which rose 33.90% or 20 points to trade at 79 at the close. Nusantara Inti Corpora Tbk (JK:UNIT) added 24.39% or 60.00 points to end at 306.00 and Rimau Multi Putra Pratama (JK:CMPP) was up 23.89% or 27 points to 140 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Sumi Indo Kabel Tbk (JK:IKBI), which lost 9.90% or 40.00 points to trade at 364.00 in late trade. Duta Anggada Realty Tbk (JK:DART) declined 9.85% or 40 points to end at 366 and Magna Finance Tbk (JK:MGNA) shed 9.72% or 7.00 points to 65.00.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 163 to 126 and 98 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for January delivery was down 0.73% or 0.35 to $47.61 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.92% or 0.45 to hit $48.55 a barrel, while the December Gold contract fell 0.10% or 1.15 to trade at $1188.15 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.43% to 13511.0, while AUD/IDR rose 0.05% to 10059.40.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.30% at 101.46.
