Investing.com – Colombia stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Industrials, Public Services and Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP declined 0.72% to hit a new 1-month low.
The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Canacol Energy Ltd (CN:CNE), which rose 0.82% or 60.0 points to trade at 7370.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Avianca Holdings Pf (CN:AVT_p) added 0.32% or 5.0 points to end at 1565.0 and Banco De Bogota SA (CN:BBO) was up 0.20% or 120.0 points to 59140.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp (CN:PRU), which fell 4.94% or 260.0 points to trade at 5000.0 at the close. Cemex Latam Holdings SA (CN:CLH) declined 3.13% or 300.0 points to end at 9280.0 and Empresa De Energia De Bogota (CN:EEB) was down 2.28% or 40.0 points to 1755.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 22 to 8.

US coffee C for December delivery was down 0.28% or 0.33 to $117.53 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in March fell 0.91% or 29.50 to hit $3216.50 , while the December Gold contract rose 0.27% or 2.90 to trade at $1090.60 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 1.30% to 2928.50, while BRL/COP rose 0.48% to 770.52.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.26% at 99.04.
