Investing.com - Service sector activity in the U.K. rose unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Monday.
In a report, The Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply and the NTC Economics said that U.K. Services PMI rose to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 55.2, from 54.5 in the preceding month.
Analysts had expected U.K. Services PMI to fall to 54.0 last month.
