CD Private Equity Fund II (Fund) is an Australia-based managed investment scheme. The principal activity of the Fund is investing in small-to-mid-market private investment funds and privately held companies with a predominate focus in the opportunities in the United States (US) through its interest in US Select Private Opportunities Fund II, L.P. (LP). The Fund's investment objectives are to provide unitholders with exposure to a portfolio of investments in small and mid-market private investment funds and privately held companies, predominantly in the United States, and capital growth over a five to ten-year investment horizon. Through its investment in the LP, the Fund is fully committed across 12 US private investment funds all focused on small-to-mid-market private investment opportunities, which are focused on a range of industries, including consumer products, healthcare, manufacturing, and business services. The Responsible Entity of the Fund is E&P Investments Limited.
