Queensland Pacific Metals Ltd is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on developing the Townsville Energy Chemicals Hub (TECH) Project. The TECH Project is located approximately 40 kilometers south of Townsville at the Lansdown Eco-Industrial Precinct, Northern Australia. The TECH Project produces metals for lithium-ion battery and electric vehicle sectors. The Company’s products include nickel sulfate, cobalt sulfate, high purity alumina, and haematite. Nickel Sulfate is a chemical form of nickel valued by the electric vehicle (EV) sector as an important component in manufacturing cathode components of batteries. Cobalt, a battery-grade chemical produced at the Company’s Townsville Energy Chemicals Hub (TECH) facility. It produces High Purity Alumina by refining the aluminum hydroxide extracted as part of the DNi Process. The DNi Process is a process for extracting nickel, cobalt, and other metals from laterite ore.
