A lot of pro cyclical momentum with these companies. Revenue depends % FUM. Rise and fall with markets. In this case also loss of ‘star’ manager, FUM potential overhang if above sells further holdings. However longer term basic strategy suited ro current conditions so maybe over done medium term.

If this is a bottom its a good buy. Why?. It's oversold. It's has an impressive dividend. It has investments in many quality companies worldwide. CEO just resigned for understandable personal reasons.
