Lodestar Minerals Limited is an Australia-based exploration company focused on the discovery of new gold and copper deposits. The Company's principal activity includes exploration and evaluation of its exploration tenements situated in Western Australia. The Company's projects include Ned’s Creek Project, Camel Hills Project, and Imbin Project. The Ned’s Creek Project is located 150 kilometers north east of Meekatharra, Western Australia in the northern Murchison gold field. It comprises seven tenements with a combined area of 340 square kilometers. The Camel Hills Project is located 170 kilometers northwest of Meekatharra and 60 kilometers south and east of Glenburgh gold deposits. The Imbin project covers an area of 907 square kilometers and is located 170 kilometers north east of Wiluna. The Company's subsidiary is Audacious Resources Pty Ltd.
