The title segment consists of the operations of its title insurance underwriters and related businesses. This segment provides core title insurance and escrow and other title-related services including loan sub-servicing, valuations, default services and home warranty products. The Company’s Corporate and Other segment consists of the operations of the parent holding company, its real estate technology subsidiaries, and its real estate brokerage businesses. FNF operates through its title insurance underwriters - Fidelity National Title, Chicago Title, Commonwealth Land Title, Alamo Title and National Title of New York.
