Ericsson Nikola Tesla dd is a Croatia-based company primarily engaged in the telecommunications industry. It is involved in the design, research and development, integration, marketing and sales of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) products, solutions, software and services. The Company’s business is divided into three segments: Networks, providing access to mobile and fixed networks, core networks, voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) networks, telecommunication networks construction, and cables; Professional services, providing network integration system solutions; and Multimedia, providing multimedia systems and mobile platforms. Apart from being present in Croatia, the Company sales its products to such countries as: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Kosovo, the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Kirgizstan, Moldavia, Uzbekistan and Armenia. As of December 31, 2011, Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson held a 49.07% stake in the Company.
