Critical Minerals Group Ltd is a mineral and exploration company. The Company is engaged in acquiring, developing, and producing critical mineral deposits essential for a renewable and sustainable future. It is focused on the critical minerals required for energy storage, electric vehicles, and renewable energy. The Company holds a 100% interest in Lindfield Vanadium Exploration Project, Figtree Creek Project, and the Lorena Surrounds Project. The Lindfield Project is located approximately 30 kilometers (Kms) north-east of Julia Creek township in the north-western area of Queensland in the Eromanga Basin. Lindfield consists of EPM 27872, which covers an area of approximately 295 square kilometers (km2). The Figtree Creek Project (EPM 27998) covers an area of approximately 70 km2 located approximately five Kms south of Cloncurry in the north-western region of Queensland. The Lorena Surrounds project is a 51 km2 tenement in northwest Queensland located near the town of Cloncurry.
