BlackWall Limited is an Australia-based real estate investment company. The Company is engaged in fund management activity with capabilities across investment, asset, development and property management. The Company operates through two segments: BlackWall and Investments. The BlackWall segment engages in funds and asset management, as well as property services that include property management, leasing and general property consultancy. The Investments segment includes interests in property-related investments, such as units in related party listed and unlisted unit trusts, loans and cash. The Company owns an area of approximately 130,000 square meters. It has three properties, one in Brookvale, NSW and two in Newcastle, New South Wales (NSW). The Company also has properties in North Strathfield, NSW and Fortitude Valley, Queensland (QLD). The Company’s properties are managed by its property fund manager, BlackWall Limited.
