AVZ Minerals Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on developing the Manono Lithium and Tin Project located in the south of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in central Africa. The Company has a 75% interest in the Manono Project. The Manono Project comprises PR13359, which covers 188 square kilometers (km2). The Manono Project is located 500 kilometers due north of Lubumbashi in the south of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in central Africa. It also holds a 100 % interest in the Manono Extension Project which surrounds the Manono Project. The Manono Extension Project comprises two granted exploration permits (PRs 4029 and 4030) covering 242.25 km2 surrounding the Manono Project license. Its subsidiaries include AVZ International Pty Ltd, AVZ Minerals Congo SARL, AVZ Power, Dathcom Mining SA, and Maji Bora Ya Manono.
